Aaron Burriesci has spent the last decade of his career as a senior level Recruiter, Director, and Business Owner.

He started his career with the Nelson Family of Companies and managed recruiting, sales, and operations. Aaron's breadth of recruiting skills for both Accounting and IT is diverse and extensive. During his tenure he grew the business more than 200% and successfully directed a $12.4MM QA project for a major internet based company on time and within budget.

Aaron has been a speaker at the Annual TechServe Alliance Convention and has been a guest on the MyTechnologyLawyer.com radio show. Over the years, Aaron has created a methodology unique in the industry that caters to the needs of both the end-user and the candidate.

Aaron graduated with a B.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He lives in Northern California with his wife, Mary and their four sons, Aaron Jr., Dallas, Jack and Brady.
