About BCOZ Solutions

BCOZ Solutions was founded because of the over commoditization of traditional IT staffing & consulting companies. This was caused by the advent of VMS, a plethora of job boards and unskilled recruiters running rampant throughout the entire world spamming resumes at every job order. It's no wonder the reputation of the entire staffing and consulting industry has taken a hit. We hope to change that perception one customer at a time.

When we started in this industry a decade ago, only a few things mattered, personal relationships built on trust, finding and placing the perfect consultant, creating a win-win-win situation and an exceptional level of customer service. Today, it's all about speed, cutting cost, reports and not understanding the business need.

We plan to "reverse-engineer" your entire consulting and search experience by looking out in the best interest of the candidate/consultant and end-user first. We believe less is more. We'd rather have fewer personal relationships than try to be everything to everybody. We will consider it a privilege to work with you.

Thank you for considering BCOZ Solutions for your next Information Technology need. Give us a call and experience the difference.
